Thank you! Your story makes me believe in goodwill and my continuation of kindness and helping others out. But it also inspires me to continue to grow my skills, expand my network, and to believe in myself. That is something I am missing. My self-doubt prevents me from trying things. This affirms my beliefs and that I have to start taking steps toward my dreams and goals is also pertinent, in addition to helping others out~ Sending you good cheers and canโt wait for the next read!
I'll be in Tanzania the week prior to your posted trip! If you want to join a Kilimanjaro trek with a few tech folks (we're all 20-something-year-old Stanford grads) you're totally welcome to join. Just reach out. Summit day is July 31. ๐
What dates are you in SEA? I want to link you with my business partner Ethan Evans (retired Amazon VP), but he has a Washington Trails Association (WTA) Board Member event on April 26.
Your story is really inspiring, thanks for sharing your background and learnings, currently working on my own fear of speaking. Really resonated with the strive to give first section. The amount of energy & care you poured into your founder community really showcases through your newsletter + socials!
This is the first article of yours I've read, but really enjoyed it. The analogy of the hills is really helpful. I used that thought process when I made the transition from immunology research to my new career now, which is tech sales. I signed up for your newsletter, and I also live in NYC. Saw you're hosting an event in the East Village on Tuesday, June 4th. Would love to see you there. Also, I'm interested in the Equinox discount. Let me know if you're able to help with either!
Thank you! I am in my 20s and I need advice on two things, I would appreciate it if you could throw some light on these.
1. What would be the best way to develop your communication skills? It is rare to find someone to give you feedback while you converse. What techniques/resources did you follow or think are most effective?
2. I am a technical person, skills I lack are mostly sales and people skills. What would you advise on improving people skills? Is it something you must be good with inherently? a

As a 26 year old this article has been amazing! Would love to hear about the Equinox discount and the US immigration lawyer!
